At Lumen Injectables, we believe that quality care starts with a personalised approach. No two faces are alike, and that means no treatment should be either.

Since we began offering aesthetic injectable treatments in 2018, our rates have remained unchanged. In that time, our experience has grown significantly, and so has our understanding of what a truly fair treatment looks like.

Why we’re changing our pricing

Until now, we have worked with a single flat rate per treatment. It was simple and transparent, but in practice, it wasn’t always the fairest approach.

The amount of botulinum toxin needed varies significantly from person to person. Factors such as muscle activity, facial anatomy, gender, and the result you’re hoping to achieve all play a role. Some patients need only a small amount of product, while others require more units to achieve the same natural-looking result.

With a flat rate, this meant that some patients were effectively paying more than necessary, while larger treatments were sometimes less viable to deliver in full, or harder to tailor completely to the patient’s needs.

Introducing: Price per unit

That is why we are moving to a price-per-unit model.

This means you only pay for the amount of product you actually need, no more, no less. It also allows us to tailor every treatment fully to what is medically and aesthetically best for you, without being limited by a pre-set budget.

Our new tiered pricing

To keep larger treatments accessible, we work with a tiered (degressive) rate:

This way, treatments that require more product remain fairly priced, while patients with smaller treatment needs are no longer indirectly contributing to the higher product use of others.

This new structure also corrects the fact that our rates have not been adjusted since 2018, despite rising costs and our continued investment in training, quality, and safety.

What does this mean in practice?

A couple of examples to illustrate how the new pricing works:

• A treatment requiring 30 units costs 30 × €6 = €180.
• A treatment requiring 70 units costs (50 × €6) + (20 × €4) = €300 + €80 = €380.

During your consultation, we will always discuss beforehand how many units we expect to use for your treatment, so you know approximately what to expect — before any product is used.

What stays the same

Our philosophy has not changed. We continue to aim for subtle, natural-looking results, with safety, medical expertise, and personal guidance always at the centre of what we do.

Transparency remains one of our core values. That is why, during every consultation, we discuss in advance how many units we expect to use and what your treatment will approximately cost — so there are no surprises afterwards.
